We currently accept payment with Credit and Debit cards via Pay Pal (the process is automated on checkout). We also accept payment via PayPal account.

Shipping and Handling

Upon approval of your payment, we will ship your order the next business day.

We offer the following shipping methods for orders within the United States:

° UPS Ground

° UPS 3 Day Select - this is 3 business days (UPS does not include nor ship over the weekend)

* UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes; therefore any ship to address with a P.O. box will be declined.


We offer the following shipping methods for international orders:

° USPS Airmail Parcel Post 4 - 10 Days - for a flat fee of $20.00
* select the $20.00 option in the drop down shipping menu at check out.

when you start the check out process, you will notice that the $20 flat rate (for international orders) has been added to your total. Once you enter your current shipping address, the $20 flat rate will go away (be subtracted from your total) and you will have the option of choosing your shipping method.

If you get an error stating that there is no shipping method available for your area, please send us an e-mail at:(FiB@syntheticbliss.com) and we will correct the problem right away. This error means that we do not have your specific area in our DataBase.

All sales on , Intimate wear, Stockings,  and Cosmetics are final.

If you wish to Exchange/Return an item, you must notify us by e-mail ( FiB@syntheticbliss.com ) within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your Request, we will contact you with information on how to complete your Exchange/Return.

We do not refund the cost of Shipping & Handling. Items Exchanged/Returned must be in new and unworn condition with tags still attached. We will not accept Exchanges/Returns of items with obvious signs of use. This includes the scent of perfume or cigarette smoke and other factors to be determined by us. If you Exchange/Return items in a used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.
